Warsaw Seminar Series in Ecology & Evolution…

…are taking a break in 2020-2021!

Together with Magdalena Niedziałkowska from the Mammal Research Institute, Polish Academy of Sciences in Białowieża, the Wild Urban Evolution & Ecology Lab has been organising a series of monthly seminars in ecology and evolution for the past 4 years. Seminars were held at the Centre of New Technologies, University of Warsaw. During this time, we had the great pleasure to host over 30 speakers from Poland and abroad, sharing their research in conservation biology, ecology and evolution.

We are taking a break in 2020-2021 to focus on research projects outside of Warsaw – Magdalena Niedziałkowska will be regularly based in MRI PAS Białowieża, while Marta Szulkin is currently on an NCN-funded research stay in CEFE CNRS in Montpellier, France.

We will be back in a year’s time – watch this space!

Seminar programs for past academic years are available here.
